Requirements

  • Secret security clearance.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Minimum four (4) years of recent experience within the past five (5) years managing the operation, maintenance, repair, building alterations, customer relations, and other operational components of a building with at least 400,000 square feet of occupied space.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing Government or federal facility operations.
  • Experience managing large, complex facilities with multiple maintenance and operational functions.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary maintenance and facility support personnel.
  • Experience supporting performance-based facilities or operations and maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Contractor’s primary on-site representative and authorized point of contact for contract operations.
  • Direct and oversee the operation, maintenance, repair, and alteration of the facility and associated building systems.
  • Manage day-to-day operational priorities, resources, personnel, and service requirements to support contract performance.
  • Exercise purchasing authority for tools, materials, and parts up to $5,000 per occurrence in accordance with contract and company requirements.
  • Maintain effective customer relationships and respond to Government and facility stakeholder requirements.
  • Review and accept inspection reports, correspondence, and other contract-related documentation on behalf of the Contractor.
  • Monitor service delivery and coordinate corrective actions to address operational or customer concerns.
  • Ensure facility operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable contract requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain a visible on-site management presence during required core hours.
  • Overall day-to-day contract and facility operational management.
  • Effective operation, maintenance, repair, and alteration of the facility.
  • Customer satisfaction and responsiveness to Government requirements.
  • Proper allocation and use of operational resources.
  • Timely resolution of facility and service issues.
  • Compliance with contract requirements and applicable company policies.
