About The Position
JSM Airport Services, LLC is seeking a temporary Project Manager at Nashville International Airport (BNA). The Project Manager will use expert judgment to ensure that all of the assignments by the Company and customer needs are fulfilled, such as site-specific training events, Safety events and audits, customer inventory audits, routine customer reporting, and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time and as needed
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft PC applications (Outlook, Calendar, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug screening, a drivers’ license check and validation, a ten (10) year Criminal History Records Check (CHRC), federal fingerprinting and security threat assessment as well as airport security badging.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the aviation industry
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating, implementing, or overseeing projects and programs – internal and external
- Scheduling, monitoring project deliverables, updating relevant stakeholders, or team members on the project progress
- Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members
- Safety and compliance training as required
- Perform other related job duties as assigned
