About The Position

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for BPA execution and is responsible for program oversight, resource management, task order coordination, reporting, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of federal program or project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust prior to hire and maintain during employment is required.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple task orders and project teams.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to Government leadership and COR.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and workload management.
  • Prepare monthly status reports and quarterly program reviews.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure contract compliance and quality delivery.
