Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, PMO, the Project Manager plays a key role in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization, with a focus on clinical operational projects, IT digital healthcare transformation and emerging healthcare initiatives. The incumbent demonstrates the ability to adapt to uncertainty in a fast-paced, evolving environment — communicating clearly, focusing on problem-solving, and maintaining a strong sense of ownership and team alignment. The role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clinical operational projects and patient focused initiatives. The Project Manager oversees and manages project scope, schedule, budget, and resources for assigned projects, proactively identifying and addressing risks while adhering to best practices and internal policies. Beyond day-to-day project management, the Project Manager builds strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to drive effective communication and deliver solutions to project challenges. They support the effective management of resources (people, funding, etc.) associated with their projects and programs, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across SAC's growing team.
