About The Position

We are looking for a Project Manager for our banking client on a project basis. The role will be hybrid out of the following cities: Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, or Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
7+ years of Project Management experience leading complex regulatory or large-scale transformation programs
Familiarity with data, reporting, and finance systems within large banking environments
Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for RWA implementation initiatives across business and technology teams
Manage complex regulatory or transformation programs, ensuring alignment to timelines, scope, and objectives
Partner with stakeholders across finance, risk, and technology to drive delivery of regulatory requirements
Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment
Track progress, identify dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks and issues
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks
Drive status reporting and executive-level communications
