About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of human service/case management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent recordkeeping and computer skills are essential (Microsoft Office).
  • Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising Graduate Service Advisors
  • Maintaining a small graduate caseload and coordinating referrals to address graduate needs
  • Facilitating peer support group discussions as well as educational workshops on job retention and advancement, professional communication, facilitation, health, and family reunification
  • Planning and coordinating Graduate events to develop graduates' professional and social networks and capital
  • Entering all data regarding clients into a client tracking database, and preparing reports on client progress
  • Analyzing outcomes relative to program and graduate goals and making suggestions for program design as needed to maximize The Doe Fund’s ability to meet established goals and outcomes.
