Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in project or program management, including successful delivery of complex initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, processes, systems, and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proven strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and the ability to align project objectives with broader business goals
  • Ability to anticipate challenges, adapt to changing priorities, solve problems, and make sound decisions in dynamic environments
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reporting

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project management processes and systems in a customer-facing environment
  • Develop and execute project and program plans that define objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals
  • Coordinate resource allocation and ensure teams have the tools, information, and support needed to achieve successful outcomes
  • Guide, support, and motivate project teams to deliver project and program objectives
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a customer-facing capacity, cultivating positive relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with project or program goals
  • Maintain high-quality dashboards for senior leadership meetings, prepare supporting materials, and manage portfolio risks and issues registers
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial resources while preparing reports that provide visibility into project performance, progress, and improvement opportunities
