About The Position

Responsible for the planning and management of multiple projects through their entire lifecycle, executing within the framework of an approved Statement of Work (SOW) and the Logicalis PMO project delivery methodology, resulting in predictable outcomes. Leads IT Professional Services teams in the design, planning, management, implementation, and delivery of Microsoft technology service offerings (M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, CoPilot, InTune, Security, etc.) on time, within budget, and providing exceptional customer service. Primary activities include project planning and coordination, internal and external communications, project cost management, and leading client and internal technical project teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and formal Project Management Training
5 or more years of enterprise-level project management experience, managing multiple projects at one time for multiple external customers, managing teams of 1 to 20+ resources, delivering enterprise Msft service offerings.
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, and experience working within Project and/or PS business applications to plan, manage, and report on project services delivered.

Nice To Haves

Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
CAPM, SCRUM, Msft and/or IT industry technical certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates a deep understanding of Microsoft technology service offerings (M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, CoPilot, InTune, Security, etc.)
Planning, scheduling, and directing day-to-day activities of assigned engagements, recording, and communicating essential project activity and status information utilizing Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies as applicable to the offering delivered.
Directs, communicates, and exhibits exceptional leadership behaviors to manage effective delivery of services and processes.
Conducts project planning, execution, controlling, and closing activities in accordance with Logicalis Project Management Methodology.
Oversees any third-party vendors or partners’ deliverables to Logicalis in coordination with vendor PM.
Ensures effective management throughout the life of the engagement, including Process Management, Scope Management, Project Budget Management, Schedule Management, Risk/Issue Management, Communications Management, and Quality Management.
Demonstrates deep understanding of project management methodologies, practices, tools, and techniques; effective leadership and applies appropriate collaboration skills while working in a matrixed environment.
Documents and shares lessons learned to support continuous process improvement.
Maintains knowledge of relevant technologies and the Logicalis Service Portfolio and is able to understand common IT industry terminology in support of projects assigned.
