Responsibilities
- Overseeing the full technology workstream, including coordination across product vendors, service vendors, and internal business partners.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan in Microsoft Project.
- Coordinating and managing progress across multiple SCE teams and technology domains.
- Providing Weekly Status reports at regular intervals to both Operational team and to Management.
- Quickly adapting and effectively coordinating activities related to Service Transition Planning & Support, as well as the Quality Design and Architecture Review Team processes.
