Responsibilities

• Overseeing the full technology workstream, including coordination across product vendors, service vendors, and internal business partners.
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan in Microsoft Project.
• Coordinating and managing progress across multiple SCE teams and technology domains.
• Providing Weekly Status reports at regular intervals to both Operational team and to Management.
• Quickly adapting and effectively coordinating activities related to Service Transition Planning & Support.
• Coordinating activities related to the Quality Design and Architecture Review Team processes.
