Requirements

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• AutoCAD is optional but not required.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and company departments for completing various phases of the projects.
• Prepare shop orders with AutoCAD and enter sales orders into the system.
• Coordinate fabrication dates and delivery dates.
• Coordinate all project documents and obtain necessary approvals in a timely manner, including purchase orders, change orders, shipping manifests, invoices, and similar documents.
• Communicate with customers primarily via phone or email.
