About The Position

The Product & Regulatory Operations organization supports user and business safety by delivering operations for emerging and critical priorities in partnership with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders. The Legal & Compliance team facilitates readiness for key legal and regulatory requirements affecting financial matters, the developer ecosystem, intellectual property, privacy, and emerging global regulations. It develops processes to mitigate risk through efficient, scalable operations and technology. As a Project Manager on the Scaled Regulatory Operations team, part of Legal & Compliance, you will lead strategic projects end-to-end for Content Litigation workflows, focusing on elections, litigation, and court orders in Brazil and the broader LATAM region. You will evaluate operational health, track legal and regulatory compliance risks, and lead improvements that build scalable, mature processes. The role requires navigating emerging risks and complex obligations with a deadline-oriented mindset. You will also be a primary point of contact for aligning solutions across a global team of contractors and vendors supporting case reviews and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent project/program management experience; alternatively, an educational degree in project management, business, marketing, finance, or operations.
  • Effective critical-thinking skills and experience using data to anticipate and unblock problems and drive solutions.
  • Experience in the legal, policy, or regulatory space, including operations, audit, litigation case work, legal/regulatory response, or compliance control management.
  • Proven time-management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience working with teams to develop and improve operational systems and tools.
  • Experience driving collaboration across cross-functional teams, coordinating effectively, and inspiring others.
  • Experience resolving conflicts by finding win-win scenarios, identifying trade-offs, and setting clear priorities.
  • Experience controlling risk and setting priorities.
  • Experience communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Program Lead as the main NORAM contact for global contractors and vendors reviewing cases; align cross-site solutions, oversee shift coverage and handoffs, and lead operational improvements and training to accelerate case resolution while maintaining workflow integrity.
  • Manage Content Litigation operations projects for Brazil, Brazil Election, and LATAM; define project strategies and track execution using KPIs for case volume, SLA compliance, quality, workload capacity, and overall workflow health.
  • Track legal and regulatory compliance risks across workflows, particularly election-related litigation and court-ordered obligations, and escalate and mitigate exposure before deadlines are at risk.
  • Build and strengthen operational processes and systems for efficient reporting, innovative risk mitigation, and durable operational health, advancing workflows from reactive handling toward mature, scalable processes.
  • Anticipate roadblocks in high-volume, deadline-driven litigation cycles, including election periods; strengthen cross-functional relationships and execute against plans.
  • Help inform team goals and develop strategies with team members for execution, progress measurement, and sharing results that surface efficiency gains; partner on upstream product- and automation-driven solutions at scale.
  • Assess, negotiate, and communicate trade-offs for operational decisions with legal, product, engineering, and cross-functional partners to optimize processes and increase maturity.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable when operational or election-related work is in jeopardy while maintaining respectful relationships in difficult situations.
  • Drive concise, persuasive program communications, including root cause analysis, internal and external escalation coordination, communications to program leadership, and business recommendations for broader stakeholder groups.
  • Understand the strategic, legal, and compliance position and deliver outcomes aligned with the organization’s mission and recognized as best in the industry.
