Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective transition management strategies to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities and deliverables, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Monitor project progress, report status updates, and proactively communicate risks to stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project issues to minimize disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive collaboration between internal and external teams to support successful project outcomes.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members throughout the transition.
  • Conduct post-transition reviews to capture lessons learned and implement continuous improvement practices.
