About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Execution PM with a strong background in structured delivery, risk management, and dependency coordination for a technically dense, enterprise change program. The ideal candidate will have experience leading platform upgrades, major release validation, or large-scale regression/smoke-test programs. This role requires the ability to manage technical teams, external vendors, and complex dependencies to ensure successful project execution and benefit realization within the Trading & Supply landscape, preferably with Endur (trading software) experience.

Requirements

  • Experience as a delivery PM comfortable running a technically dense, enterprise change programme with heavy environment, vendor and test dependencies.
  • Experience leading platform upgrades, major release validation, or large-scale regression/smoke-test programmes.
  • Ability to coordinate deeply technical teams across environment, DBA, application, custom code and test workstreams.
  • Ability to manage external/vendor dependencies.
  • Experience handling execution under constrained capacity, including explicit prioritization of BAU versus change.
  • Ability to translate technical information into executive decisions.
  • Experience with structured governance, milestones, RAID management and decision escalation.
  • Program and project delivery up to $10m budget & Teams up to 50.
  • Agile & waterfall methodology.
  • Domain knowledge e.g. Chemicals, Deepwater, Retail, Finance, Legal, HR.
  • Knowledge of Cloud, mobile, SAS, and digital.
  • Leadership, communication and resilience.
  • Stakeholder management and enabling value creation.
  • ETRM experience, preferably Endur.
  • Knowledge of Trading & Supply landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Agree and deliver programmes, projects and workstreams to agreed time, cost, quality, risk and benefit, within the company's standards and controls framework.
  • Proactively analyze variances against plan and trends threatening agreed scope, time, cost, and quality commitments.
  • Identify where a project may be at risk and take appropriate action.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders e.g. users/customers/suppliers to benefit from the delivered products, services and changes.
  • Develop and execute appropriate change and engagement plans to achieve necessary behavior changes and maximize benefits.
  • Align expectations and ensure that stakeholders decisions are timely and effective.
  • Mobilise and lead teams with a mixture of staff and suppliers across organizational boundaries and the natural team.
  • Ensure they have the necessary skills, capacity and experience to achieve the required outcomes.
  • Develop the skills of team members through coaching, delegation and providing stretching assignments.
  • Understand, assess and embed the right delivery methodologies, considering project and business constraints.
  • Assess programme risks and evaluate trade-offs between cost, time, quality, risk and benefit, managing the business cases of your projects and workstreams.
  • Ensure all deliverables are fit for purpose, meet all relevant requirements and are effectively transitioned to support and business-as-usual.
  • Ensure that the business value intended by the work is explicit, agreed and delivered.
  • Turn an ambiguous "50/50 estimate" into disciplined execution through structured governance, milestones, RAID management and crisp decision escalation.
  • Coordinate deeply technical teams without needing to be the architect, especially across environment, DBA, application, custom code and test workstreams.
  • Manage external/vendor dependencies well, especially where license delivery, release notes, product roadmap clarity and demo/education sessions with the vendor influence timing and stakeholder confidence.
  • Handle execution under constrained capacity, including explicit prioritization of BAU versus change, and explain trade-offs credibly to senior stakeholders.
  • Translate a technical smoke test into executive decisions: whether to progress, pause, re-scope, or sequence follow-on capability work.
  • Drive prioritization decisions and alignment with broader upgrade strategy.
  • Provide concise executive updates with clear risks, decisions required, and next steps.
  • Demonstrate ETRM experience, preferably Endur.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Trading & Supply landscape.
