Project Manager, Tools Installations & Upgrades will report to the Manager, R&D Lab Tool Installations & fit-up Upgrades. The individual will be responsible to provide broad and impactful leadership of tool installations within the Silicon Valley area. The R&D Lab Tool Installations and Upgrades team is accountable for lab tool install design, permitting, and construction, including Lab process and building system infrastructure upgrades. Total annual Capital Expenditures for this team exceeds $50m and is increasing. The team consists of 20+ Applied Materials full time employees and 300+ project construction managers, design, and construction, contractors. Your role will be to manage projects. Be responsible for establishing highly credible and effective partnerships with multiple internal business groups for whom the labs support.
