The Project Manager – Technology is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology initiatives across the agency. This role partners closely with business product owners, technical product owners, development resources, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure projects are well-defined, properly governed, and successfully delivered. Serving as the central point of coordination, the Project Manager aligns teams on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes while maintaining visibility into project health and delivery progress. The successful Project Manager combines strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, proactively managing risks, and driving projects from concept through implementation. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The Project Manager independently leads projects and delivery efforts while partnering closely with product owners and technical teams. The role supports delivery discipline without replacing product ownership, technical decision-making, or people management responsibilities.
