About The Position

This role requires full end-to-end delivery ownership, from gathering and understanding requirements, through planning, prioritization, risk and dependency management, to successful implementation and achievement of business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing technology projects – required.
• 3+ years of experience in matrix management of development teams – required.
• 3+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies alongside product teams and business stakeholders – required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with Jira & Confluence – an advantage.
• Similar experience in a financial institution – an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Building detailed work plans and defining milestones.
• Ongoing monitoring of task progress.
• Proactive control and identification of potential blockers, with timely resolution.
• Matrix management of development teams and coordination of multiple interfaces simultaneously, including remote development teams and a large number of stakeholders.
• Daily work with Jira for managing work plans and tasks, tracking execution, generating status reports, monitoring progress metrics, and more.
