About The Position

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking a self-driven, technically savvy Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) team. The role manages projects across the software development lifecycle, coordinating work from architecture and solution design through testing, implementation, software deployment, and post-launch activities. The Project Manager works across technical teams and stakeholders to drive delivery, manage dependencies, and support successful implementation of new solutions.

This is a hybrid role requiring four days on-site. Candidates must reside in the United States and be authorized to work there without visa sponsorship or transfer. Sand Cherry Associates does not work C2C. The position is a long-term consulting opportunity with an annual salary range of $110,000–$125,000.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, product management, or consulting.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing technology, telecom, mobile, digital, or product-related projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Technology, and business teams to define requirements and deliver solutions from planning through implementation and post-launch.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Strong project planning, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and risk management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment and clearly present complex information to teams and senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and leading AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or visa transfers.

Nice To Haves

• Agile ceremony facilitation experience.
• Experience with mobile products, wireless services, broadband, telecommunications, or digital customer experiences.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, implementation, and post-launch activities.
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional Product, Technology, Engineering, and business teams to align stakeholders and deliver projects successfully.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Partner with Product Management to identify customer needs, gather requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, stakeholder discussions, and status reviews; track decisions, action items, risks, issues, and next steps.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, roadblocks, and scope changes; develop mitigation plans and escalate as appropriate.
• Prepare clear, executive-ready project updates, presentations, dashboards, and reports covering progress, risks, decisions, and key milestones.
• Improve project management processes, communication, reporting, and workflows while ensuring deliverables are accurate, high quality, and aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve project planning, analysis, reporting, communication, and team effectiveness.
