About The Position

Broadway Ventures is hiring a Technical Project Manager to coordinate day-to-day delivery for Project Argos, an agentic AI proof of concept for the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC). The project gathers published API endpoint data for approximately 290 certified health IT products, tests endpoints on a repeatable schedule, and creates reproducible evidence cases for compliance gaps under 45 CFR Part 170. It operates in a contractor-hosted AWS GovCloud environment, with a qualified human reviewing every finding before it becomes a confirmed issue. The Project Manager coordinates scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder communications through a two-week Agile sprint cadence. This is a tactical, day-to-day delivery role. The Program Manager above the role owns longer-term planning and contract administration with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The Project Manager works daily with the Technical Lead, AI/Engineering Lead, Senior Systems Engineer, and Application Developer to keep sprint commitments realistic and traceable to contract tasks and deliverables. The position is part-time on either a W-2 or 1099 B2B basis, for a one-year contract. Compensation is $50–$60 per hour for W-2 or $60–$69 per hour for 1099. FHIR and certified health IT program content, as well as ONC regulatory and policy context, are taught after starting; Agile/Scrum delivery skills must already be in hand.

  • Hands-on Jira administration and configuration for sprint boards, backlogs, and reporting, beyond end-user familiarity.
  • Strong writing for a federal technical audience, including agendas, minutes, and status narratives.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Maintain the RAID log (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and dependency tracking, escalating under defined decision rights.
  • Prepare written agendas and meeting minutes for project meetings with the Government team.
  • Maintain Jira backlog and sprint views as the authoritative, COR-visible record of project status.
