About The Position
WECTEC Staffing Services, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, is seeking a Project Manager - T&S (Transmission and Substation) Level 4 for a 1-year contract assignment in Two Rivers, WI. This role involves managing projects from conception to close-out, aligning with industry best practices, and contributing to nuclear goals. The project manager will lead projects of varying scope and complexity, ensuring project momentum, identifying issues and solutions, reporting progress, and controlling costs. This position reports to the onsite Manager.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience leading Transmission & Substation or related projects with high-level engineering and project management expertise.
- Experience in P-6, NEO and strong excel skills are desired.
- Position will require travel to the other nuclear sites periodically to support outages or planned projects.
Nice To Haves
- Understanding and previous in organizations (such as PGD, Wind) to bring independent key perspectives to the nuclear organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects to ensure completion by schedule date
- Creates plans, cost analysis, schedules, estimations, and reports to communicate project deliverables and status of completion
- Coordinates engineering, construction and other functional resources to complete project goals
- Lead and coaches schedulers, cost engineers and estimators regarding project significance
- Manage all related project controls and systems to support project development tasks
- Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned
