About The Position

At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. Blue Origin is looking for a Technical Project Manager - Supply Chain Optimization to lead cross-functional projects that integrate data and processes within manufacturing operations to better align the business and increase productivity. This role sits within the Supply Chain Optimization & Technology team and partners with operations leaders, support organizations, and program teams across all Blue Origin products. You will directly influence company-level strategy and apply tactical manufacturing knowledge to improve how we build, track, and deliver. This is not a single-program role — you will work across the full breadth of Blue Origin's operations portfolio, identifying opportunities to eliminate waste, standardize processes, and drive productivity at scale. You will have the rare opportunity to drive strategy and change at the company level. If you thrive at the intersection of process, people, and operational performance — and want your work to shape how we build the road to space — this is your role.
