Engineer - Supply Chain Optimization

BLUE ORIGINSeattle, WA

About The Position

Blue Origin is looking for an Industrial/Process/Mfg Engineer to provide technical execution and data integration support for projects that improve manufacturing operations performance. This role sits within the Supply Chain Optimization & Technology team and works alongside Technical Project Managers, operations leaders, and data science teams to turn operational needs into validated, working solutions. You will query data, build dashboards, validate automation outputs, and ensure that what gets delivered actually works for the people on the floor. This is not a single-program role — you will support all of Blue Origin's operations, applying your technical skills to make the business faster, more transparent, and more productive. If you like solving problems with data, translating operational needs into clear requirements, and seeing your work drive real change across a company — this is your role.

  • Translate operational needs into clear, well-documented requirements for data science and engineering teams
  • Support the integration of tools and data sources to consolidate reporting and reduce redundancy
