As a project manager on the Sourcing Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives to optimize our sourcing operations needs. In order to be successful, a strong candidate has experience working cross-functionally to define and mitigate risks, execute a project plan, and communicate with clarity across various teams and stakeholders. Strong project management skills required, and an open and curious mind encouraged. We are hiring for direct and indirect sourcing teams, that will support our North America operations. Requirements

  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial competency
  • Experience leading large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects
  • Ability to lead cross functional collaborations with business partners and stakeholders
  • 2+ years - project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications.
  • 3 years - managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects.
  • 2+ years - building and mentoring teams.

  • Support highly cross functional initiatives impacting the business by leading the planning, implementation, and monitoring of complex, highly cross-functional projects.
