Nuro is seeking a Project Manager for Software Operations to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about process improvement, finding and fixing inefficiencies, and ensuring the quality of autonomy software. The successful candidate will work closely with the in-house QC team and an offshore vendor to refine procedures, rubrics, and classification frameworks. This position offers autonomy, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on a product that matters. The Software Operations team is responsible for quality control, tool testing, and bug reproduction within Nuro's labeling workflows. The Project Manager will learn these processes firsthand and contribute to building scalable systems for quality assurance. The role involves embedded observation within the team's workflow to identify areas for improvement, documenting these findings, and translating them into actionable recommendations for leadership. Additionally, the Project Manager will ensure alignment with the offshore QC vendor, maintaining consistent quality standards across all operations. The goal is to create clear, usable documentation and robust systems that support the development of Nuro's autonomy software.
