About The Position

Forvia Hella is seeking a Project Manager to join their Digital Key / Smart Car Access team. This role will primarily focus on taking ownership of assigned connectivity programs within a team involved in next-generation connected vehicle initiatives. FORVIA HELLA is a global automotive supplier, formed by the integration of HELLA and Faurecia, specializing in automotive technologies, lighting, and electronics. The company operates worldwide with a significant number of employees and generated substantial sales in the fiscal year 2023.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of project management experience in automotive, connected mobility, IoT, or embedded systems.
Experience managing software and hardware integration projects.
Knowledge of vehicle electronic architecture and communication protocols.
Familiarity with digital key technologies, mobile applications, and connected vehicle ecosystems.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure authentication methods.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of smart vehicle access projects from concept through launch.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, software development, cybersecurity, product management, quality assurance, and supplier teams.
Work with external suppliers and technology partners.
Prepare executive-level project reports and status updates.
Drive continuous improvement in smart access performance, security, and customer satisfaction.
