About The Position

The Project Manager, Digital Network will support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all guest and associate-facing digital signage across all North American locations. This role serves as the central administrative and operational hub to maintain a stable network for deploying park and partner digital signage content strategies. The PM will monitor hardware and software system health and support internal teams and external vendors to ensure the highest possible uptime of our displays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Management, Marketing or other related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact to internal IT, maintenance and other support teams, along with external vendors, tracking open tickets/issues and resolutions for both hardware and software.
  • Manage and optimize 3rd party vendor relationships associated with the digital network.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate replacement of defective hardware, along with ensuring needed action for software or infrastructure failures are addressed.
  • Assist in the design and development of an improved digital network architecture and lead optimizing a digital network operation playbook for our internal teams.
