About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to lead complex initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, reporting, risk management, and release coordination skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and executive teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of program and project management experience.
• Ability to think both tactically and strategically while coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent program management and coordination skills, with proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong reporting skills, particularly in Jira, Tableau, and Excel, with the ability to present status reports to senior leadership and executives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and risk management skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and coordinate with stakeholders across various business units and geographic locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Possess strong stakeholder management, reporting, risk management, and release coordination skills.
• Effectively communicate with senior leadership and executive teams.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and manage project status updates, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and related activities.
• Coordinate release activities for large-scale implementations, including creating runbooks, tracking progress, proactively identifying issues, and escalating risks as needed.
