About The Position

We are seeking a senior, Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a purely Agile EPMO operating within a highly complex and fast-moving technology organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management
• Experience operating in Agile environments that still require Waterfall discipline
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience in Cybersecurity organizations
• Need to be a driver.
• Need to be a go getter-

Nice To Haves

• Financial Services Background is preferred- need a regulatory industry Background at least
• understanding the acumen and details will be very beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and communicate critical paths, blockers, and impacts to delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and dependency mappings.
• Provide Waterfall-style Gantt charting where Agile alone is insufficient, but Experience operating in Agile environments that still require Waterfall discipline.
• Support and in the beginning manage JIRA tickets, spanning both routine and ad hoc maintenance.
• Guide teams on effective JIRA hygiene, ticket structuring, and prioritization.
