About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Project Manager for Roofing Sales to join their expanding team across the Midwest and South. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position with significant earning potential, averaging $70K–$150K+ annually, with top performers exceeding $200K. The role involves generating leads, inspecting properties, writing contracts, collecting payments, and managing projects from start to finish. The company offers a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, and bonus pay through competitions. While some company leads are provided, self-generation through door-to-door sales is expected. This is a year-round career opportunity within a growing $70M roofing brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation (must carry a ladder)
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable with D2D sales
• Self-gen leads are expected
