About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative for multiple Midwest locations. This is a 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70K–$150K+, with top performers earning $200K+. We are a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States, expanding across the Midwest and South. We have built a $70M roofing brand on reputation, community, and results. We provide systems, brand power, and back-end support to help you close big deals. We hire veterans and require comfort with D2D sales. Some company leads are provided, but self-generated leads are expected. This is a year-round job and a great opportunity to start a new career.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect Money
• Manage the project from start to finish
