Project Manager Repairs
About The Position
Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX) is seeking a full-time Project Manager Repairs to join their growing team. ERX has been a leader in the restoration industry since 2013, providing superior emergency property restoration services for water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions. The Project Manager Repairs will be responsible for pursuing and cultivating strong professional relationships with customers, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring resolution. This role involves managing projects, providing customer service, and supporting the team.
Requirements
- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM Software.
- Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of the Restoration and Construction industries is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Managing projects to provide customer service for our customers and support and direct the team as needed.
- Effectively communicating with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
- Acting as secondary representative to clients.
- Providing metrics on revenue, costs, collections, and workload.
- Responsible for all collections on projects.
- Attending weekly WIP meetings.
- Ensuring subcontractor invoices are turned in upon completion of their work.
