About The Position

The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving cross-functional initiatives that support Skechers' continued growth and operational excellence. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget across multiple departments. Working closely with stakeholders in product, technology, marketing, and operations, the Project Manager ensures alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects that directly contribute to the innovation and efficiency of a globally recognized lifestyle brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in a retail, consumer goods, or technology environment.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for cross-functional initiatives, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all teams.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating to leadership as appropriate to minimize impact on delivery.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring resource availability and alignment with business priorities.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by implementing project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, AI, ETC).
  • Track and report on project KPIs and budgets, providing regular updates to senior leadership and department heads.

Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $95,000-$125,000/yr USD.
