About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Portfolio Analyst with a strong background in accounting and financial analysis to support complex initiatives within a multinational environment. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to manage projects and drive financial insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems and system implementations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Experience working in multi-location environments
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Big 4 public accounting firms
  • Prior managerial or leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects related to financial systems, reporting, and process improvements
  • Perform financial analysis, including consolidations and reporting across multiple locations
  • Support ERP system implementation and enhancements
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive project outcomes
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and implement improvements
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
