About The Position

As a Project Manager, you will join the Business Enablement portfolio, supporting initiatives across Sales, Product & Partnerships, and Operations. You will lead enterprise projects that include technical components and require coordination across business and technology teams. You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years managing projects with technical components.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across full lifecycle phases.
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies.
  • Experience in process improvement and business consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment on project outcomes.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills with experience communicating project status and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative, energetic, and self-motivated team player.
  • High attention to detail and quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the payments industry is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of project deliverables.
  • Apply project governance practices, including charters, plans, risk and issue management, financial tracking, and procurement.
  • Foster a high-performance team environment and mentor junior project managers.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to maintain project progress.
  • Provide regular project reporting, including status updates, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into project practices.
  • Ensure effective project closure, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation review.
