About The Position

Tenstorrent is seeking a Project Manager, People Programs - Contractor to bring structure, momentum, and operational rigor to key People initiatives across promotions, performance and merit, and employee survey execution. This role is focused on helping high-impact, cyclical work run smoothly. You will turn priorities into clear plans, keep stakeholders aligned, track progress against deadlines, and help ensure details do not fall through the cracks. This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, calm in ambiguity, and energized by building order in a fast-moving environment. You should be comfortable coordinating across teams, surfacing risks early, and helping leaders move from ideas to execution. This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Toronto, ON. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. Requirements

5+ years in project management, program management, or People Operations.
Experience running cross-functional programs in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through.
Ability to manage competing priorities without losing clarity or pace.
Clear communicator who works well with leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Drive People programs across promotions, performance, merit, and surveys.
Provide strong follow-through across cross-functional partners including HR, Compensation, Analytics, Payroll, and business leaders.
Assist in planning and executing engagement or pulse survey cycles, including timelines, communications, and follow-up actions.
Build project plans, trackers, timelines, milestones, and action logs.
