Mariana Minerals is seeking a People Systems & Programs Lead to establish and expand the operational infrastructure of their People function. This role will oversee recruiting, HR systems, onboarding, and employee operations. It's a highly cross-functional position focused on creating efficient people processes, implementing scalable systems, and ensuring excellent experiences for both employees and candidates. The Lead will collaborate with leadership, recruiting, finance, and operations teams to optimize workflows, enhance data visibility, and contribute to building a modern, automation-focused People organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of recruiting operations, HR systems expertise, and process design skills, with the capacity for both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
