This is a highly visible enterprise leadership role responsible for building and modernizing the infrastructure, systems, analytics, and programs that power the full employee experience across a complex, multi-state workforce spanning hourly, salaried, commissioned, field, warehouse, installation, and corporate populations. As the operational second-in-command to the Chief People Officer, this leader will design and scale the People mechanisms that enable consistency, efficiency, compliance, manager effectiveness, and employee engagement across the organization. The Vice President will oversee payroll, HR technology, people analytics, employee lifecycle operations, learning and development, talent management administration, inclusion and belonging initiatives, workforce compliance, and enterprise-wide People programs. Equally important, this executive will help shape the future of People Operations at One Workplace by advancing AI-enabled modernization, intelligent automation, and digital workflow redesign that elevate both service delivery and strategic business insight.
