We are seeking a Project Manager (Owner's Representative) to join our team. This role involves managing construction projects for facilities, potentially handling several at once. You will work closely with project management staff to assess field and safety needs, provide regular project updates to stakeholders, and review daily logs. The position requires providing design assistance and review at all stages, monitoring daily logs, job photos, and videos. You will also schedule and attend project meetings, prepare minutes, and assist with overall project scheduling. Key responsibilities include scheduling and conducting project job walks, coordinating trades, and working with suppliers to facilitate material delivery. The role requires understanding and following instructions, meeting daily with project crews to review schedules and ensure resource availability, and evaluating daily production, schedule, and budget projections. You will initiate and manage necessary documentation, conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), coordinate subcontractor work, and track open items like RFIs and Submittals. Additionally, you will assist with and review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and allowance utilizations, maintain strong working partnerships with contractors, provide QA/QC of installations, assist with change management, and review QA/QC reports from the General Contractor. You must become familiar with all Project Plans and Specifications, preside over weekly meetings, and perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion. Ensuring the job site is always kept clean and organized is also a key responsibility.
