About The Position

McLemore is a well-established professional cleaning company with greater than 55 years of industry experience. We operate in 25 states and offer benefits and opportunities for advancement. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager in Warren, Michigan to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with customer and professional cleaning staff to deliver high standards of cleanliness for the facility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor/Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of professional cleaning/hospitality related field preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in building customer relationships
  • Familiarity with floor equipment and processes is preferred but willing to train
  • Criminal background check and drug screen required

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  • Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned on project objectives and tasks
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular status updates and report project status to stakeholders
  • Manage project budget, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with business process owners to define and document business processes
  • Conduct routine inspections for all shifts to ensure work efficiencies and employee moral
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft office and timekeeping system to track overtime and complete weekly payroll
  • Ensure compliance with scope of work and meet project deadlines
  • Provide guidance and supervision to team members
