Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management, operations, logistics, warehouse, or process improvement experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize complex projects and manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong meeting leadership skills, including the ability to drive discussion, clarify next steps, assign ownership, and maintain momentum.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work across functions and influence others without relying solely on direct authority.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead warehouse and operations-related projects from initiation through implementation and follow-up.
  • Manage projects focused on improving warehouse productivity, order accuracy and quality, employee safety, customer service and service levels, and process consistency and execution discipline.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, action logs, timelines, meeting cadences, and status updates.
  • Drive meetings with clear agendas, discussion points, decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables and follow through until projects are fully completed.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Use Excel and other Microsoft applications to build trackers, dashboards, summaries, and reporting tools.
  • Support the development, rollout, and improvement of standard operating procedures and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse leaders, branch leaders, safety, quality, and support functions to align priorities and implementation plans.
  • Monitor project milestones and escalate risks, delays, or resource constraints as needed.
  • Ensure project outcomes are practical, sustainable, and measurable in day-to-day operations.
  • Support pilot programs, change management efforts, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Help translate broad operational goals into structured, executable project plans.
