The Foundation is the largest nonprofit fighting poverty, disease, and inequity globally. This role is within the Communications Division, specifically the Editorial Planning Team, which leads editorial planning, narrative development, and integrated voice strategy to support the foundation’s mission. The position is a 16-month Limited Term Engagement based in Seattle, Washington. The Project Manager will report to the Deputy Director, Editorial Planning and be responsible for leading project management for the Communications Division's editorial planning function. This includes ownership of the division's editorial calendar and Editorial Board processes, coordination of major communications campaigns, and management of cross-functional planning processes. The role requires strong project management and strategic communications thinking, partnering with various teams across the foundation to ensure successful execution of high-priority initiatives. It also provides flexible project management support for other priority initiatives as business needs evolve. The role anticipates up to 25% domestic and international travel.
