About The Position

Support the execution of program governance and project controls through standardized processes, tools, reporting, and coordination. The role will support program teams in managing risks, actions, milestones, performance metrics, and governance requirements across internal and customer-facing forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in program/project management, PMO, project controls, or project coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to develop dashboards, analysis, and executive presentations.
  • Experience with project management and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, project controls, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree is an asset.
  • Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal and customer-facing program governance reviews, including preparation of agendas, presentations, metrics, and supporting materials.
  • Maintain governance calendars, inputs, actions, decisions, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs for program reviews and executive reporting.
  • Support consistent application of PMO governance processes, tools, and standards.
  • Maintain program risk and action registers and coordinate updates with functional owners.
  • Track mitigation plans, overdue actions, and key dependencies.
  • Escalate critical risks, issues, and overdue actions to appropriate program leadership.
  • Support development and tracking of recovery and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate project activities, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across functional teams.
  • Support project planning, schedule tracking, and status reporting.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and actions, and drive follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate project and program data and ensure timely updates from stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain program dashboards, KPIs, status reports, and management presentations.
  • Consolidate and analyze program data to identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring attention.
  • Support preparation of executive and customer-facing program communications.
