  • Lead end-to-end delivery of global strategic initiatives such as data center migrations, firewall migrations, switch migrations, DAS / Telecom implementations and infrastructure changes across corporate offices, distribution centers, data centers, and retail environments.
  • Partner effectively with telecom vendors, AEO engineering teams, and PMs across Technology to drive the delivery of high-impact infrastructure goals that support the company's long-term technology strategy.
  • Act as the primary liaison for network projects, delivering transparent progress reports, executive updates, and technical/audit documentation.
  • Proactively monitor project dependencies, manage scope changes, and lead change management efforts around high-risk maintenance windows to minimize business downtime.
  • Develop standardized project management practices and tools tailored to network deployments, accelerating delivery velocity across the infrastructure organization.
