Movember is on a mission to change the face of men's health by making it easier for men to talk, act, and live longer, healthier lives. This role will help turn bold ideas into real-world impact for young men's mental health across the United States. The Project Manager will lead the delivery of high-profile projects spanning sport, gaming, community, and online settings, working with partners to take programs from planning through to evaluation. The position involves leading the U.S. delivery of approved mental health projects, with an immediate focus on sports health programs and major event activations. The role requires developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting, as well as coordinating delivery partners and managing partner contracts, expectations, and performance. Embedding monitoring, evaluation, and learning throughout project delivery, adapting global implementation plans for the U.S. market, and working closely with global and local teams are also key responsibilities. Ensuring the voices and needs of young men and their communities inform program delivery is crucial. The role may require domestic or international travel approximately one to two times per year and participation in occasional out-of-hours calls with global colleagues.
