An established MEP engineering firm is hiring a Project Manager to manage mechanical projects from kickoff through completion and lead a team of designers. The position is full-time and on-site in Las Vegas, Nevada, with compensation of $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience. The firm offers comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in mechanical system design and project management, including HVAC projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership and client communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical and HVAC projects from kickoff through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical designers.
- Coordinate design across disciplines and conduct mechanical QA/QC reviews.
- Manage resources, subconsultants, and deliverables.
