The Project Manager, Marketing Operations Material Review facilitates the management of Advertising & Promotional materials as they pertain to the U.S. Commercial MRP (Material Review Process). The Project Manager, Marketing Operations Material Review ensures the facilitation of cross-functional team (Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, others) review and approval of advertising materials, promotional materials, sales training materials, and promotional labeling materials. This role involves managing cross-functional team members and advertising agencies, maintaining open communication of material status, providing tactical support and project timeline oversight, consulting and training support for material uploading and approval within the MRP, and ensuring timely review of all promotional, non-promotional materials through U.S. Commercial, Medical reviewers, Regulatory reviewers, and other key stakeholders. Additionally, the role provides key support for solutions and contingency plans to facilitate business success, holds self and team accountable for results, serves as a mentor and coaches others on the MRP, proactively provides consulting, expertise and MRP process training, and evaluates and updates processes to adapt to a changing environment and optimize efficiencies. The role also coordinates logistics to ensure timely production, fulfillment, and shipment of materials.
