The Project Manager, Marketing Operations Material Review facilitates the management of Advertising & Promotional materials as they pertain to the U.S. Commercial MRP (Material Review Process). The Project Manager, Marketing Operations Material Review ensures facilitation of cross-functional team (Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, others) review and approval of advertising materials, promotional materials, sales training materials, and promotional labeling materials. This role involves management of cross-functional team members and advertising agencies, open communication of material status, tactical support and project timeline oversight of materials through MRP, and consulting and training support to all team members responsible for uploading and approving materials within the MRP. Additionally, provides key support for solutions and contingency plans to facilitate business success, holds self and team accountable for results, serves as a mentor and coaches others on the MRP, and proactively provides consulting, expertise and MRP process training to cross-functional team members. Evaluates and updates processes to adapt to a changing environment and to optimize efficiencies, coordinating logistics to ensure timely production, fulfillment and shipment of materials.
