About The Position

This role is for a Project Manager focused on a Learning and Development Program, specifically an Early Career Development Program. The project involves end-to-end design, planning, and execution, partnering with HR, SMEs, and firm leadership to develop a curriculum across professional development, business acumen, and project delivery. The role requires experience with industry-standard project management methodologies and managing Agile projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading learning and development projects.
  • Experience managing stakeholder engagement and expectations during the lifecycle of projects.
  • Exceptional project management skills in performing issues and risk management, tracking, prioritization, resolution facilitation, and reporting.
  • Ability to apply industry best practices for project management, coordinating multiple vendors and customers spanning a multi-national organizational structure.
  • 5+ years of project management in a learning and development environment.
  • Experience managing medium to ከፍተኛ complexity projects.
  • Ability to work effectively across stakeholders and build team cohesiveness results.
  • Experience managing multiple parallel efforts and delivering quality deliverables on schedule.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an end-to-end design, planning, and execution of an Early Career Development Program.
  • Partner with HR, SMEs, and firm leadership to develop a curriculum across professional development, business acumen, and project delivery.
  • Establish and facilitate ongoing project reviews of scope, resources, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and expectations during the lifecycle of projects.
  • Design program roadmaps and implementation plans, curriculum framework and session outlines, and project design (structure, milestones, evaluation criteria).
  • Perform issues and risk management, tracking, prioritization, facilitation of resolution, and reporting.
  • Create leadership presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Apply industry best practices for project management, coordinating multiple vendors and customers spanning a multi-national organizational structure.
  • Facilitate centralized onboarding and development curriculum by regional experts.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams delivering customer products.
