About The Position

AECOM is seeking a candidate for the position of Project Manager IV in Sacramento, CA. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients with multiple projects, with a strong focus on delivering assigned revenues through repeat business resulting from flawless project execution. The Project Manager IV is responsible for consistently achieving planned profit margins and completing projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion. This position typically manages projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTF) and handles more complex clients and projects. The role requires decision-making authority and the ability to direct other Project Managers in recognizing and mitigating risk and uncertainty. Additionally, the Project Manager IV will direct staff to operate in a manner that minimizes exposure to claims and supervises and directs Project Managers overseeing multiple projects or a program of projects.

Requirements

BA/BS plus + 6 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Nice To Haves

8 years of Project Management construction experience
Prior healthcare construction project management
