About The Position

The Onboarding PM is a senior-level project leader responsible for managing complex, cross-functional onboarding programs from solution handoff through transition to sustaining operations. The role focuses on process leadership, orchestration, and execution governance rather than functional task ownership. As a Project Manager IV, this role requires mastery knowledge of industry best practices and disciplines, acting as a subject matter expert within the organization. The individual will develop solutions to highly complex and uniquely challenging situations, requiring extensive evaluation of alternatives and variables. They are expected to make improvements to policies and procedures, working independently toward long-range goals and objectives with self-initiated judgment and discretion. This role may also involve acting as an informal team lead and coaching less experienced team members, serving as a consultant to management, and potentially acting as an external spokesperson for the organization on major initiatives. The effects of erroneous decisions could be long-lasting and impact the future course of the organization, potentially requiring significant additional resources.
